SUNDAY WEATHER UPDATE:  Sunday aerial demos have been canceled due to bad weather forecast. Public is still welcome to visit our airfield, since some statics will stay and the STEM hangars will be up. Visit our Facebook page for more updates.

The Air Force Thunderbirds, U.S. Navy Blue Angels, AND the US Army Golden Knights will be in Hangar 3 at 12 p.m. signing autographs and taking all the photos you want. We can’t help the weather, but we’d love to see you at JBA anyway! The Ramp will close at 2 pm now instead of 5 pm.

Base officials, in conjunction with air show organizers and staff, have decided to cancel aerial demonstrations on Sunday May 12th. Unfortunately, the current weather forecast calls for overcast conditions with cloud coverage that will be too low for demonstration flying. The public is still welcome to visit our airfield Sunday (via shuttles from FedEx Field) -- but base officials strongly encourage attendance on Saturday May 11th, instead. Several aircraft currently on static display will also have to depart before Sunday, but many will stay. Also, the STEM exhibits will be up and running all weekend.
